OH! and I should bring up the fact that sniper shots are not always a OHK. a good 40% of the time atleast, you get a bloody hit marker and then get shot in the face.

If you got a hit marker then you need to step up your aim a bit, you definitely didn't hit them in the head if you got a hit marker.
